Excellent Service and Extremely Friendly Staff. Service is overboard. Food was exceptional and quantities vast. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and courteous [12 Dec 2005 19:58:40]

Below Average. Ribs were good, burgers alright but were somewhat dry. [22 May 2006 02:33:04]

Worth A Visit! Anyone staying at a cottage within driving distance of Kincardine owes it to themselves to check out Shipwreck Lee's. The staff is easily the most fun and accomodating of any restaurant Stabone has ever seen.
If you have ever wanted to eat at a Pirate Bistro, this be the place! Arrrr! [31 May 2006 01:41:49]

Absolutely Awesome!! Best food in town, bar NONE! Calypso Salad was perfect for a hot summers day, Marlin with Mango Lime butter was to die for, and the staff are tremendous! Patio view of the sunset was lovely, and inside, the ambiance is tres tropical! My family and I enjoy every visit, and recommend it over any place else for miles! [31 Jul 2006 22:29:22]

Good But Nothing Special For Vegetarians. As an out-of-towner I chose this restaurant based on its description as offering "vegetarian" food. The menu that we were handed promised to cater to all food tastes and preferences. But when we asked the waitress what special vegetarian food that they could offer us that night she had the owner come out and read the menu for us and point out the salads, bruschetta and pasta dishes that were vegetarian. To be fair, the owner did offer to make a pasta dish that was quite wonderful. All of the food was presented very nicely and everything was delicious. However, don't go to this restaurant thinking that you will discover a vegetarian oasis!! [24 Aug 2006 20:42:29]

Amazing Find!! New to Kincardine, my family and I were looking for a casual, but different dining experience. Most of the restaurants in town are Bar oriented, and the food that goes with that. Our visit to Shipwreck Lee's was wonderful. The service, (our waiter was Ryan) was outstanding. He was knowlegeable and friendly, and very detail oriented. The atmosphere is tropical, and the specials were intriguing, and delicious. A 10 out of 10 for our experience, we will be back often!! [27 Nov 2006 13:29:34]

Wonderful, As Usual! I have eaten at every restaurant in Kincardine, Goderich and Port Elgin, and still come back to Shipwreck Lee's whenever I can. The service, the view, and the delicious food are worth the drive! Since my last visit there have been some changes to the decor, more tropical, and the food was fantastic. They batter their own Calamari (its great!) and everyone in my party had a great time. The staff is knowlegable, and attentive. A great start of the cottage season!! [30 Apr 2007 11:51:14]

Fabulous, Fresh and Fun! My family had the greatest time at Shipwreck Lee's this past weekend. The waitress was wonderful, and the daily special was really special. My husband had "Plantain Encrusted Whitefish" that was incredible, and my Pickerel was perfect. The view from the patio is lovely, and inside, its like a little bit of Key West. We will be back! THANK YOU FAITHFUL DINERS!! Thank you for making my time in Kincardine such a wonderful one, it was a pleasure to serve you. I still get calls from former customers, even though I have retired and moved to Florida! Sitting in my tropical oasis I remember fondly the regular customers that made having Shipwreck Lee's so much fun, and living in Ktown a pleasure. Best of Luck, Terrisita [27 Apr 2008 16:31:29]
