Fabulous All You Can Eat Buffet

Canaan Chinese Buffet.
Great value, lots of hot and cold choices. The food is always fresh and plentiful, no matter what time you arrive.

Good mix of both Chinese & North American food, always a roast and regular vegetables and a salad bar, so you've got plenty of variety to choose from .

Fresh sushi bar, watch the sushi being made, or get a stir fry made while you wait.

Snow crab legs are replaced as they disappear, so you don't have to be there in the first 15 minutes after they open to get them, which I've observed with popular items in some other buffet restaurants.

Polite and friendly staff, bottomless drinks and great variety of desserts and fresh fruits and ice cream.    [23 Dec 2004 12:23:30]

Poor Service and Rude Waiters
Do not eat here. They have rude waiters who do not know how to treat their customers and if you complain to the owner he does nothing about it.
I guess he does not care about pleasing his customers. The food is nothing to brag about; there are so many better Chinese restaurants with waiters who are respectful to their customers.
