Best Food in Peterborough.
Can accomodate vegans. Have tried all of the dishes that can be made vegan (there are 6 noodle dishes and 2 "Tapas"), and they are ALL excellent. Ambiance is excellent - they've recent renovated and it's a nice improvement. Also, there is always good music playing. The only downfall is that because it is so popular, it is very busy, so getting the food to the table can take quite some time. Worth the wait though.    [27 Feb 2004 14:25:00]

Dessert
So many restaurants do an excellent job with their mains and fall flat on dessert but not Cosmic Charlie's. The mango/saffron cheesecake is to die for and the creme brulee is beautiful - we had ginger with a fig compote on the top. Very good.    [01 Jun 2004 11:49:23]

BEST creme caramel I've ever had
One of my favourite restaurants ever. The fusion of Asian food with western ingredients is executed beautifully. Don't miss the chicken satay with garlic jasmine rice. The butter chicken with chunks of apple is a very comforting meal on a cold day.
The highlight of this restaurant though is their dessert -- I would drive a few hours just to have their vanilla coconut creme caramel. It's absolute heaven. It's a little rich (and too sweet for some), but the flavours are just...wonderful. DEFINITELY order it!    [16 Apr 2008 05:57:35]
