Upon eating at capt'n billy's in port dover i would not recommend it. i had a steak and found the food terribly salty.The cesar salad wasnt too bad although Ive had much better. Very "bar like" atmosphere, almost giving the impression the bar was more important than the food ?? Maybe there's a reason for the extra salt in the food ?    [03 Sep 2003 15:12:17]
