Unhappy With My Takeout Order.
I love your J&B Poutine. I usually visit the store/restaurant quite often, and then there are times I order for take out!
This time when I ordered the J&B Poutine, the guy I was talking too repeated my order (of the J&B poutine with a mix of cheeses) the background music was extremely loud (from the male I ordered from a few hours ago), paid the price of my "usual"...but only received a large poutine for $6.45 and of course the $3.00 delivery charge. Moments after receiving my order (say...around midnight or so) did call to complain. Now I'm also learning that I should be asking who is on the phone, but was told after giving her the information of why I am calling, took my information and to expect a phone call shortly. It's almost two hours later...with a hungry belly...as I terribly want your famous J&B Poutine. Customer satisfaction is out the door and the importance of their customers does not seem to be of the utmost importance is what I am realizing...I don't know. I am still expecting a phone call...I just opened up my order to take a look (and prepare to gulp it up)...but put the lid back on.    [03 Aug 2008 01:50:44]

I love this place, the food is good, but the kitches is always very dirty but the price is good, the late hours keep people coming when all else is closed and the food is actually very good tasting.

Ordering can always be a problem, from the phone being busy for hours, to no one picking up while its open to being put on hold and forgotten 4 times in a row. Min wage employee's dont really care.    [13 Oct 2008 10:17:41]

The Most Cheesiest Poutine In Town!
Ordering a regular poutine ends up melted as though you have ordered a Quebec(with cheese curds)poutine and the gravy is hot right down to the bottom of your cup!    [28 Oct 2008 10:52:11]
