Good Ethiopian Food
To begin, the service is extremely friendy and if Aster the owner is there, which she usually is, she is very good about explaining the dishes. My favourites are kitfo (raw beef flavoured with a ghee like butter and a berbere, a red powder which is quite hot (if you don't like hot, tell aster how hot you want it...i.e. mild), lamb tibs, cabbage/carrot combo. Make sure that you have the coffee which has a special presentation and is roasted on the premises.    [27 Jul 2005 16:56:25]
