Tim Horton's Establishments
Generally service is friendly and quick. Staff are dressed clean in appearance.

Although we don't appreciate the sweeping while customers eat though it is realized the difficulty with such an influx of customers.

Miss the pickles and carrots that used to be served with sandwiches. Now tend to go elsewhere for sandwiches.

complaint
We go to Tim Hortons at least 3 times a day and go there many times in the evening for soup. The only soup ever ther is veg. asked several times to have it changed to something else ie. chicken noodle. There early in evening at 8 and no soup and no ham and cheesr biscuits.
