Slow Service
Took 11 minutes to receive Blizzard. Suggestion: please advise staff to pull cars ahead who are holding up the line.    [17 Jan 2003 17:52:38]

Slow, Slow, Slow
Summerside Dairy Queen is the pits! Although the food is usually quite tasty (Blizzards), there is no consistency in the food; sometimes you get a lot, sometimes next to none, pay extra for something, and end up with less than last time when you didn't pay for extra. The service is extremely slow, and 1/2 the time the Drive Thru isn't opened! It's fast food, dish out the cash and fix the Drive Thru! "You need to spend money to make money"! Ugh, I have to give a thumbs-down to the S'side DQ as well. More than once I've had to wait for well over 5 minutes to have my order taken at the drive-thru (and both times there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot and noone else in the drive-thru). Recently their slushie machine was broken for a few days straight (may still be broken, I haven't been back since now that the dairy bars are open). I have to admit though, the cotton candy blizzard is pretty sweet. :D    [17 Jul 2003 17:00:35]

Very Slow Service
All I have to say is slow, slow, slow.

I could go to a dairy bar park my car at the furthest end of the parking lot drag the kids with me and wait in a line with 5 families ahead of me and still be serviced faster than if I were the only car in the Summerside DQ drive-thru. Suggestion -- pull cars ahead when waiting for an order and bring back the chicken quesadillas.    [25 May 2004 10:14:38]
