They pretty much ignore you if you want sandwiches. My boyfriend and I used to go there every Sunday for lunch after church because the food is great and so is the coffee and it's fast. We are from out of town, 1.5 hrs to be exact, and we love Robins coffee so we ALWAYS go there. We don't leave without a Robins coffee. But now for the last 2 or 3 times, we've walked out because we didn't get served. We were told that they'd be right with us, but yet they never came, so we left without anything after waiting sometimes a good 10 minutes. I think we've only been there all of two times when we've actually got good decent service. Other times we've had to wait forever, and when they said they'd be right with us, they'd continue to do other useless stuff or they'd wait by the cash register to serve another customer that may or may not still be walking in.
