Description
Local Italian and Chinese restaurant since 1959.
Daily specials: Mondays pasta $4.99, Wednesdays and Thursdays pizza and spaghetti $6.95, also large pizzas are $9.95, medium is $8.95 and small is $5.95. On Sundays they serve a full breakfast with juice for $3.25. The dining room has a non-smoking section for up to 50 people.

Used to be good
Their pizza used to be excellent, especially the Canadian, with bacon fried on the spot. However, the last two times I ordered, the dough did not rise at all, and it was so chewy. Also, they rarely put extra sauce when I'd ask for it.
If you have to try it for yourself, do not dine in; the place is a smoke show!

Depressing Environment
I used to go to this restaurant when I was quite young. I liked it then. Ive been a few times this year hoping it would be a good easy place to go to, but the food was awful and the air was blue with thick smoke from 90% of the clientele there who are smokers. The place looks dirty and the managment yells all at their cooks so loud you can hear them in the dining room. [25 Nov 2005 22:18:24]

Great Diner
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Dont go there if you are looking for ambiance. Go there for the food. They have excellent pizza, and the best poutine anywhere (and I mean anywhere). [25 Jan 2007 22:20:56]

Small Town Atmosphere!
I went there in last week or so. Really loved the food. Had the egg rolls and chinese food. Wife had the Club & Fries - Kids loved the Pizza. Its been there since the early 60's and or even earlier. It gives you the feeling of what Aylmer once was. [01 Apr 2008 18:11:02]
