Aylmer's instance of Gabe's is true to the venerable formula of it's sister restaurants. The pizza is thick and cheesy, the sauce is delicious, and they never skimp on toppings.

The service is better than average, and the ambience is very family-friendly.

Best pizza
My family and I drive from Gatineau to Aylmer to enjoy this location, unlike their sister stores in Ottawa that have gotten cheap over the years with the crust and toppings. VERY DELICIOUS DUO
