Regular Cafe Del Sol Customers Disappointed by Bad Customer Service
I have a complaint about the service I received on July17, 2008 at around 11:00am. A fairly young Caymanian lady served myself and my girlfriend at the time. My friend had enquired about the coffee of the day and the server responded with "I don't know if its any good, I don't drink coffee". The server said this with a shrug and a non-nonchalant attitude. Not the answer we were expecting, and not an answer that brings business to their establishment. This woman had an unpleasant and non-customer oriented attitude. I actually said what a terrible answer and she frowned at me! Absolutely bad customer service and I would not want to see her continue to be part of such a successful establishment.    [17 Jul 2008 21:37:00]

Cafe del Sol is awesome
I've been to Cafe del Sol many times... they've expanded and now have four locations in Cayman and they have always been amazingly friendly. They have free WiFi, the staff are always talkative and personable and the places are always packed. In fact that might be my only complaint... there is usually a line.    [06 Sep 2009 10:52:18]
