Dissappointing
We went to dine at Wagamama in Tivoli, Copenhagen, looking forward to the meal after good experiences in London.

The selection of food was fine, with all the dishes you would expect in the Wagamama restaurant chain.

Our orders were taken quite fast but our food was served over a period of more that 45 minutes to the four memebers of our party. Over this period we contacted the personel about five times (I think a new waiter arrived each time) and were promised information about the progression of our meal - none returned with an answer!

The taste of most dishes was average but some were much too salty and one (a meat ball with sauce) lacked the meat ball! Several attempts at getting this remedied - or at least an explanation - resulted in nothing.

It will be a very long time - if ever - before we try the Copenhagen Wagamama again.    [08 Aug 2006 06:50:46]

I must say I was disappointed with Wagamama in Tivoli, Copenhagen having a similar experience with the lack of service provided by the staff at the restaurant. Having enjoyed the food and the spirit at Wagamama, London it's such a disappointment seeing how NOT to serve your customers at this restaurant.    [30 Oct 2006 07:24:56]
