The Sofra is an Egyptian restaurant offering traditional Egyptian cuisine in a bygone Egyptian atmosphere. The restaurant is located in the heart of Luxor, not far from the Nile and the Luxor temple.

It is GREAT
I spent two evenings with friends at Sofra. We believe that Sofra brings the finest points of the Egyptian food and ambiance to its guests. The food was delicious, Egyptian dining at its best, with indoor and outdoor setting. We also engoyed the music and voices of Um Kalthoum and Fayrouz and finished off the meal with orintal sweets, Arabic coffee and a head of Shisha.    [11 Jul 2007 03:56:49]
