The Cascades Restaurant is set amongst the cascading pools encompasses soothing hues of blue and lime. The hot coals treat good food simply, the brick oven produces seafood crisps and fresh flatbreads.

Delicious!
We ate at this restaurent nearly every day for two weeks. The oriental mezze was delicious, pizzas fresh and tasty and the fish was very well cooked. Service was excellent, staff always friendly.    [28 Dec 2002 12:34:18]
