Frankfurt (Main) BHF outlet
My family and I walked into the McDonald's outlet at 7:30PM on 7th August,2007.

We are all Vegetarians and thought we would order 4 veggie burgers(available at all McDonald's outlets all over the UAE).

I approached the third counter from the station's inner entrance. I placed my order and the Asian lady, very abruptly and rudely stated "We don't serve that here" and just blankly stared at me...as if to say silently sorry buddy we really don't give a hoot about veggie's here...that was it. Here is what she could have done:

1)Smiled and been more friendly
2)Offered an alternative such as a veggie salad, french fries etc..

Also none of the staff wore Name Tags

I then decided to complain to the Manager of the outlet...one of the waiters directed me to the office. The waiter on informing the Manager, was ordered to wait!..in German. I waited outside the office for at least 5 mins. The Manager decided to show up when I was leaving the outlet.... by then there was no point complaining as we needed to eat and catch a flight....    [07 Sep 2007 07:58:30]
