Not Bad
I ate there on my tour - make sure to avoid the cheese-slathered chicken. It was overwhelmingly super-hot salt-fat-gravy. The veggie sizzlers were very good, though.    [06 Mar 2000 16:14:33]

Most Hopeless Food, Service, and Rude Staff
I went to the restaurant Kobe on Andheri Kurla road this afternoon.

In our sizzler a fly was found and we called the staff and showed it to them which they agreed was a fly.

They offered to replace the dish but it was really disgusting to see this kind of hygeine and service levels in a restaurant of such repute and standard.

Then when we asked for the manager we were told that he had already left for the day.

The we asked for the complaint book and we went through the previous complaints such as live cockroach found in sizzler, spider found in sizzler.

The staff got very upset that we were looking at the previous complaints and he very very rudely told us to write our complaint and stop looking at previous complaints.

Then a heated argument took place between us and your rude staff... [details snipped - ed]

I strongly recommend people to stop patronising Kobe Sizzlers as the hygiene is no better then a road side joint.    [20 Oct 2007 08:36:11]
