Description

Right for medium sized groups and families. A quiet atmosphere and moderate cost for food and drinks. Opposite the station but not easily accessible from the main road.

Food was good
The food in general was good. The starters were very good in the vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian styles. The coolers, appetizers, and mocktails were also good; especially the Jal Jeera and Don's Punch. For main course the Chicken Tavaa was very good and spicy. The Cheese Nan was excellent. Some of the food tended to be extra spicy without being hot. Surprisingly, this restaurant serving primarily Indian cuisine didn't serve Rumali Roti or Black Dal.

The service was average. The overall ambience was very peaceful compared to the exterior of the restaurant. All in all a place worth going to if you are close by and don't wish to drive far to get some reasonable food with your family.    [18 Jan 2001 14:28:57]
