Description The restaurant's main manu is "Ayam Goreng" or Fried Chicken, traditional from Central Java. It has a Jogya atmosphere with dim lighting and Javanese music in the background. [29 Mar 2003 10:43:37] Popular with Locals The restaurant's main manu is "Ayam Goreng" or Fried Chicken. The recipe originated from Yogyakarta and deserves to be ranked number one in all fried chicken chain restaurants. The fried chicken is well marinated and deep fryed (not as oily as KFC!), and other menu items are available. The food is a traditional menu from Central Java. Drinks also excellent here, you can find most of the traditional street food but certainly cleaner here. When you enter the restaurant you can just feel the change of atmosphere, the restaurant dim light and the Javanese music background send you back to Jogya in an instant. Cost of food is not too expensive. 1 whole chicken will cost you about Rp. 30.000 or about US$3.00. Total bill for 2 is about Rp. 80.000 or about US$8.00 including drinks, tax and gratuity. Not bad at all! [18 Jul 2003 17:59:10] Fingerlickin' good
