The Chameleon specialises in Rijst Tafel, a combination of many dishes and excellent introduction to Indonesian cuisine. They also offer a limited A-La-Carte menu but recommend the Rijst Tafel menu as it provides the diner with a host of exotic dishes in an authentic and traditional way. You will find ingredients such as lemongrass, lime leaves, tamarind, turmeric,coriander, cumin and many more asian spices. Sauces are made from coconut milk, ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce), peanut and almond.
