Very Poor Customer Care
Visited Gemelles on a busy July evening with my wife. Surprisingly quiet which wasn't a good sign. Everything was fine until my (medium) steak arrived. It was like rubber. Sent it back and ordered something else off the menu. The main issue I had was when it came to paying the bill. In most restaurants, if a customer complains about the food, and has to wait while something else is prepared, this is recognised with a reduction on the bill. Not a chance in this place. It was very embarrassing as I never complain about anything. This place takes its customers for granted and oh yeah, the steak sucks!!    [12 Jul 2005 11:54:09]
