Evening Dining is available for residents. All meals are carefully prepared using the finest local ingredients including fruit, vegetable and herbs from the old walled garden. Seafood, direct from Atlantic ports is a speciality, as is the unusual and interesting selection of wines.
Glebe House was built in 1819 and is abeautiful georgian Rectory nestled in the SLigo countryside.


Meals are served in the light and airy Georgian dining room where French windows open on to the garden. Dorothy is a professionally trained, and accredited award winning Chef, whose exciting and diverse style has won acclaim. Dining is for residents only. Due to the necessity to source fresh ingredients we do require advance notice for dining.
