With its care for the authentic traditions and products Badia di Sasso is the ideal place to savour the unmistakable old flavours of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennine.
All recipes are personally cooked by our Chef with highly selected products and, mostly coming from local farmers.

Particular attention has been given to the choice of oil and wine, along with bread which is often baked by the Chef to be matched to the various dishes and home-made pasta in the most typical Romagna tradition.

In summer the restaurant becomes a cool and pleasant place to savour the dishes of the local cuisine, in winter it is a warm and hospitable environment with a huge stone-fireplace.

The restaurant can also be enjoyed as a place to take a rest and eat delicious snacks during excursions along the wonderful Apennine mountain paths which cross at Badia di Sasso.
