Not far from the exit of the Rome-Florence motorway at Magliano Sabina, where the territories of Umbria and Viterbo meet the green hills of the Sabina, this restaurant is set among evergreen trees and fountains. Most of the food prepared strictly by hand using fresh local ingredients from the Sabina, where agricultural traditions and practises have changerd little since Roman times. Among the specialities which stand out on the menu are the grilled meats of all kinds, prepared and cooked to bring out their best flavours, and accompanied by the finest Italian and foreign wines
