The menu of the restaurant in via Metastasio (at the corner of Piazza Firenze) is essentially based on the typical cuisine of sea. Every dish is a mixture of the knowledge of the produce of season and the fantasy of Mancini. If you add the philosophy of this family (high quality of ingredients, care in the preparation, moderate prices) you have the maximum result.
