Chef Enrico-Roberto Cerea offers a flavourful cuisine: «pommes de terre gratinées aux œufs, caviar et crème acidulée», «risotto à la parmesane en carpaccio à notre façon», «filet de rombo à la crème de seiche et croquant de jambon». Excellent wine list.
