SPIB is short for Sottile Particolare Incredibilmente Bassa and means something like incredibly light and thin. This restaurant serves other dishes as well, but it's for the pizza that you go here. It's not a very cozy restaurant, but it's clean, the staff is friendly and the pizzas are incredible. Extremly thin pizzas with very good ingredients. Price range from 4 to 8 euros approx. No credit cards accepted.

I am Italian. This pizza is one of the best in Milan, and it is cheap, too.
