The Pisterna is located in an aristocratic palazzo in the historic centre of Acqui Terme - the ambience is undeniably grand, with frescos on the ceilings, elegant furnishings and well-spaced tables. There are three fixed menu choices: a local Piedmont menu, a more expensive seafood menu (menu di mare), and on weekdays only a cheaper three-course menu.
