La Milonga, established in 2005, is a bright and modern restaurant near the center of the hilltop village of Agliano Terme. It has a written menu - something particularly useful for those with a limited apetite. The traditional Piedmont cuisine on offer has some interesting innovations - among the desserts, the apple with rosemary is particularly noteworthy.

Top Quality
Mauro Garberoglio knows what is 'typical' for his region and he should become a star for translating it into food and wine. Very modest, but absolutely top quality cucina!    [20 Sep 2008 16:25:20]
