Located in a modern villa with a comfortable, elegant ambience, Daniel's Al Pesco Fiorito is suitable for both business lunches and intimate dinners. It has a large selection of wines to complement the local Piedmont specialities, which include timballo di cardi (cardoon timbale) with fonduta, finanziera (mixed offal stew) alla Cavour, gnocchi al Castelmagno, and capocollo alle nocciole (neck of pork with hazelnuts) - and for dessert, nocciolata con zabaione (hazelnut chocolate with zabaione). In the summer, meals are served under an outdoor pergola.
