The Osteria al Buontempo is located in the old town center of Alba, close to Via Maestra. Innovative Piedmont cuisine is served in a couple of rooms, one of them a beautiful old brick-vaulted cellar. Look out for the coniglio all prugne (rabbit with plum sauce) and the pasta with beans.
