Situated in the historic part of town and near the church of Battistero di San Pietro, this unpretentious small restaurant with its clean and simple decor serves traditional Piemontese cuisine with a modern interpretation: fresh local produce, homemade pastas and bread, truffles and porcini - when in season - and a selection of Piemontese cheeses. The wine list includes about 300 local wines.
