Among the dishes that characterise the restaurant of the Agriturismo Amarant are risotto all'Amarant, agnolotti, peppers in bagna caoda, prosciutto al forno and arrosticini (lamb skewers). The agriturismo produces its own wines, bread, apples, pickles, limoncino (a sweet lemon liqueur), fresh eggs and grape mostarda (mustard) - all of which are, of course, served in its restaurant.
