The Ristorante Vineria Crota 'd Calos is located in the community wine cellar of the hilltop village of Calosso: the ancient brick walls and floor tiles of this impressive subterranean space create a very evocative atmosphere. One wall of the cellar houses a cherished collection of wines: the wine list is oriented towards the little-known labels of various small producers.

The cuisine is traditional Piedmontese. After your meal you can take your coffee on the outdoor terrace, from where the impressive view extends across the plain of the River Po to Monviso and the French Alps beyond.
