The family-run Ristorante Concordia has managed to retain the atmosphere of an ancient Piedmont coaching inn. In the autumn, when truffles are in season, more tables are added in the bar to handle the extra customers who come to sample the agnolotti con tartufo and the tagliatelle al burro e salvia - with tartufo (truffle), of course.
