The large restaurant of 'La Viranda' is in the former cantina that runs the length of the rear of the building. As is usual in an agriturismo, there are no menus or wine lists here: it serves only its own produce - whatever is available at the time - including the Cortese, Dolcetto, and Barbera wines from its own vineyards. Try the salami - both crudo (raw) and cotto (cooked) - lardo (pork fat) and home-made tagliatelle in particular: these are nearly always available.
