Excellent Nice small Restaurant with excellent service, wine list and food. Reservations required. Have a look at this beautiful menu: Paté de fois gras with cranberry essence, carrot and orange cream soup with baked prawns, tortelloni filled with pumpkin and fine truffled oil, basil sorbet on buttermilk and olive oil, beef cheeks in strong Lagrein-red wine sauce, buttermilk ice cream on marinated peaches. A fantastic surprise We tried the antipasto Bresaola filled with local cream cheese. Very fine flavour of a special olive oil. The presentation of the dish seems like picture by Salvatore Dali. The waiter Kurti was very nice, and his wine suggestion was OK. The restaurant has a cozy ambience with fine decorations. [29 May 2004 10:29:29]
