Antica Osteria Traube since 1779. The resulting eatery is a popular haunt, an agreeable place where you can enjoy traditional cuisine enriched with innovative dishes based on seasonal ingredients. The Restaurant is located in the center of the village of Ortisei in Val Gardena.

Mrs. Barbara Prinoth proposes typical dishes like: breasaola with rocket and grana cheese, swordfish carpaccio with goat cheese among starters. Among first courses: canederli with speck, casunziei with red turnips, garganelli with sauce of the day, gnocchi made with potatoes or pumpkins, red turnips, spinachs, etc… Among second courses: foal or bullock tagliata served with grilled vegetables, grilled cheese, veal with tuna souce… Homemade desserts: panna cotta with caramel, custard of the day, tiramisù, apple studel, sweet chocolate salami and nougat semifreddo. Excellent wine and spirit list.
