"La Marmotta" restaurant offers recipes of traditional Aosta Valley, Gressoney and other mountain dishes based on meat, game, polenta and local cheeses. Mediterranean cooking and fresh fish dishes are also available. In addition, there is a children's menu and an extensive wine list, all backed up by excellent service. Not expensive.
