Foreign-owned and operated, 'Za Bistro' has been serving homestyle Mexican cooking and saucy New York pizzas to it's patrons in Nagano City for more than ten years. (As the owner is from Manhattan, there is also a secret stash of home-baked bagels for those in the know). A small restaurant; romantically lit and warmly decorated; it has six tables and a short counter.
