Service
The only thing I don't like about this place is that the service is very slow.

I suspect a conspiracy here since they, like starbucks, like to create queues. They know the aim of creating these is to force people to sit around and wait to be served.    [22 Jan 2001 03:13:26]

Food is great but not much fun there
Nothing to be surprised about if I say it's more expensive than other Hard Rock's outside Japan. Service was not slow for me except when it was time to get the check. But the place is very small and completely lacks ambiance. Doesn't live up to other Hard Rock's I've been to.    [02 Mar 2001 03:26:09]

Pricey, but OK.
I've been to many Hard Rock Cafe`s around the world and I'd have to say this restaurant was more expensive than the others and doesn't give me much of a desire to visit again. Also, there are slow service and bothersome lighting issues. The food at any Hard Rock is usually pretty good though...    [30 Nov 2005 09:52:20]
