Very poor meal and service Party of 12 of us booked on Friday 2/9/2005 as 7 of us had had an excellent meal 5 nights earlier. However the service was incredibly slow, all the main meals were cold. The duck was cold and chewy and was returned uneaten ( but still billed despite the waiter knowing how poor it was). The lobster thermador was drowned in an over bearing cheesy/creamy sauce. The waiter ran out of sauce for the crepes and just didn't bother to return with more. I questioned the length of time we were waiting for desserts as we has 2 children in the party and I was dismissed and told to sit down!!! The courtesy bus (the price of which is added to the bill ) took a further 25 minutes to arrive. The bill was 23,000 KS so not cheap by Kenyan standards. I certainly would not recommend it and will never return there myself. [09 Sep 2005 05:25:14]

Fantastic I have just returned from my holiday in Kenya, and I ate at the restaurant twice. It is fantastic. The best food I have ever had. The menu is very varied and there is definitely something for every taste. Very reasonably priced. A 2-course meal with wine, coffee liquers, cocktails and taxi from our hotel to the restaurant cost us about £14 per person. well worth a visit. [08 Aug 2006 13:23:15]
