Description

The Phoenix has risen from the ashes of the defunct Golden Panda restaurant, so the interior of Chinese landscapes and lanterns hasn't changed much, but the food has improved. The service isn't exactly up to Western standards, but at least the kung pao meets Eastern criterion.
