Good Food, Good Ambience, Delish!
The ambiance is perfect, food is gorgeous, mood and setting relaxing. They serve up dishes with a special fusion of east meets west. Dishes are huge and portions are exceptionally filling. Presentation of food has that extra personal touch by the Chef. The Chef must love food to be able to serve up just the right equations for taste buds. Ordered the grilled lamb rib but it was 75 percent fat and skin. Really disappointed. The chef should make sure that when somebody ordered steak, it's steak that the person gets. Not fat and skin. Read about how certain chefs would personally check each piece of meat that goes under/on the grill. So please do so. The oyster tempura salad was excellent though.    [15 Dec 2006 08:52:56]
