Dissatisfied customer
I have visited Kayu Nasi Kandar restaurant twice and what I experienced was unpleasant. Food was just fair. Some of the dishes are too spicy and not to my liking. Service was poor. The waiters do not know how to communicate well in Bahasa or English. I have to use sign language in order to ask him anything. It was pathetic. Why would anyone hire waiters who cannot communicate with customers? The restaurant seriously needs to come up with training or something. Besides, it is questionable to Muslim consumer of whether the restaurant has Halal certification as there was no Halal logo displayed. However, the restaurant environment was fair. The open dining concept was attractive. Unforth, the cleanliness of the restaurant is poor. This is because, the wash room was dirty and the sinks were placed far from the dining area. I have to look around just to find the sink. Floor was covered with ash and dirt, especially under the table area. As for the price, price for food is just fair. In conclusion, Kayu Nasi Kandar has to improve its service and cleanliness.    [04 Apr 2008 04:45:34]
