Italian trattoria serving cuisine served by Paolo, an Italian chef from Florence. This restaurant specialises in exquisite fish and pasta dishes. The menu is varied to also include choices of meat, poultry and vegetarian plates, as well as home made desserts.

Trattoria Fiorino D'oro has won rave reviews and received the award for the fourth highest rated restaurant, out of over 1,100 restaurants, by the 2002 Vodafone Definite(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants in Malta and Gozo.

Vodafone Good Restaurant Guide Award Winner
A definitively good restaurant tucked away in Salina. Little known but frequented by repeat patrons mainly. Wonderful Italian and Mediterranean food prepared from fresh ingredients only, prepared to order on the spot by Paolo Collamarino.

The fish is caught and served on the day. Paolo is very inventive - try the home made pasta, soups, fish or meat dishes and those mmmmmm.. desserts!    []
