I really like this place. I lived in Mazatlan for three weeks studying. And when I wasn't studying I was here. The staff is very friendly and became our family. The food is incredible I am a big fan of the sopa de tortilla. The salsa is incredible..you cannot get enough of the fresh salsas. I ate upstairs at the bar. Have a great time in Jungle juice. It is my home away from home. You have to stay and dance the night away. And don't forget to talk with the waitstaff, they are amazing. I have had some of the best service there that I have anywhere in the world. Don't forget to talk to Chava he is a wonderful friendly owner, who likes to meet his clients. The Best Food served by the Best Waiter!
Just came back from Mazatlan and had a great time. The food at the Jungle Juice was great - try their "Pineapple Shrimp - very special". Ladies night (Thurs)free drinks from 8-10 and great rock and roll music!
But the best part was the BEST host in all of Mazatlan - Jose - he was friendly, funny and made us all feel very welcome (not to mention that he is not a bad dancer)! If you are really lucky ladies, he may even let you autograph his shirt! Enjoy great food and fun at the Jungle Juice - and say hi to Jose from his "Feds" Canadian friend!! Wonderful Pork Chops
I was looking for pork chops in Mazatlan and couldn't find them on anyone's menu. Owner was standing near the entrance at Jungle Juice, asked if she could help, told her I was looking for pork chops but no one had them on the menu. She said if you want pork chops, I'll get them for you. We went back the next night, they had a double pork chop about an inch thick, marinated in apple juice, cooked on the outside grill. Absolutely the best pork chop I have ever eaten. We went back 2 nights later and had a pork chop again. And they put pork chops on their menu board too. We are going back to Mazatlan and one of my first stops to eat will be Jungle Juice.    [25 Nov 2006 00:03:44]
