The Best Guacamole
This guacamole is pleasant, not overbearing. It was worth the trip from Dolton, Illinois to watch the servers prepare this dish table side. I would love to have this recipe to serve my husband.    [17 Jan 2005 00:02:09]

The Blue Shrimp, a reason to get off the ship
We've been on about 7 mexican riviera cruises and often don't get off the ships anymore, EXCEPT for going to the Blue Shrimp in Puerto Vallarta. The Service is always friendly, the drinks very good and more than ample. The food is great. The shrimp is large and prepared in various fashions---always to perfection. It you're a shrimp lover, tell them and you will get free tableside prepared guacomole. The fresh fish is also wonderful.
