Nice fun place to enjoy a great meal. This is truly one of the places that can seriously mess up your diet.

Really enjoyed the combinations of flavours and the cactus mashed potatoes were truly to die for.

The salmon my wife had was very interesting epecially with maple, who would have thought!!!

We really liked the personal attention that the chef paid to everyone especially my young children this middle of nowhere place will soon be a big hit in paradise.

Tell them Ray and Betty from Boston sent you when you go in.

Good luck to all who arrive in this little place.    [24 May 2005 00:13:35]

Great Place!!
Wow...a place like *this* in Puerto Vallarta?? YES. From the outside looking in, this could be any restaurant in PV, but if you look a bit farther than the cute courtyard that this hidden gem is in, you will see you have found something special.
Of course, there is a full bar. The menu has a variety of dishes from baked brie or beautiful salads with a secret dressing that is to die for, to USDA Choice rib eye steaks, cut to order at your table. (Something that has been difficult in the past to find in PV is a decent steak, let alone a great one!) There are chops, lobster, shrimp and fish dishes as well. Be sure to ask about the home made ice cream too!!!!!
The waitstaff are very attentive to your needs and the chef makes absolutely sure that everyone is happy. This is a definite must do when in PV.

A True Master
My husband and I just happened upon this romantic little restaurant off the main strip. What a gem! The food here is fantastic - fit for a king! We went back for a second time in the same week. We had a really great time. The food here is truly made with love. Bruce is a master at his craft and the staff are fantastic. We were made to feel right at home at this fine restaurant. We can't wait to go back next year. This one's for Bruce - Thanks for showing us real good time. Wish we had your talents in Winnipeg. See you next year - this time for the Chef's Special Surprise. Anyone who comes across this little jewel is in for a real taste treat. Loved the place, the food and especially Bruce (the owner) - a real down to earth kind of guy. Bon Apetit!    [21 Feb 2006 11:58:42]

Where u never know what's gonna happen
Listen up! Bruce may sit on your lap, he may smoke your cigarettes, he may even drink your wine, but one thing is for sure, during the mayhme you will not find a more delicious (w/ the finest ingredients) dinner in all of P. Vallarta, and Bruce either made it himself, or helped prepare it.
P.S. It's a real elegant, yet comfortable res`t, bistro & if it's personal attention you want- YOU GOT IT!    [10 Oct 2006 01:10:32]
