Worst treatment ever
After some pleasant visits to Efes, with no complaints whatsoever, this happened:

I was there with my brother and we both ordered a pizza with shoarma. Service was quick so we started munching away, but with the second slice I suddenly found ALMOST A WHOLE CIGARETTE IN MY PIZZA (I had it in my mouth!! YUK).

Well, I was mad and lost all appetite, so I informed the waiter and returned my pizza to him. In such a case you would expect at least some apologies, and a new pizza, but NONE OF THIS.

When I asked about this, THEY ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING THE CIGARETTE IN THE PIZZA SO THAT I WOULDN'T PAY. (I have never smoked in my life). They insisted that we should pay for that pizza, which I obviously wasn't going to do.

Well there was an argument(!), and in the end me and my brother were put out of the pizzeria by six or seven waiters/cooks. Mind you, this happened around 17:00, so no drunkenness involved.

I have sworn to NEVER come there again.
All my friends know the story and agreed; we now go to another place, also in Groenlo. Efes is over for me, and lot of other people.
